Job summary

Hedin Mobility Group seeks a Head of Risk, Control & Internal Audit to lead risk management, internal control, and assurance across the Group. This strategic, group-wide role reports to the Group CFO and collaborates with markets, functions, and entities to strengthen governance and risk awareness.

You will establish scalable risk and control structures, plan risk-based audits, identify gaps, and provide practical remediation guidance. Some travel within Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years in senior roles within internal audit, risk management, internal control, external audit, compliance, or business control.
• Experience developing or implementing risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Experience from international, multi-entity organisations.
• Strong understanding of internal control and risk management frameworks such as COSO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group's frameworks for enterprise risk management, internal control, and internal audit.
• Coordinate the Group-wide risk assessment process and monitor key risks.
• Develop and maintain a risk-based internal audit plan.
• Plan and execute internal audits across Group functions, markets, and entities.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of controls, governance, and financial reporting.
