Job summary

Tele2 is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to lead and develop the company’s information security strategy. This role involves managing a team, collaborating closely with the Cyber Security department, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in information security, excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, and a strong interest in leveraging AI for security enhancements.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in information security, cyber security, IT risk, governance, or compliance.
• Experience working with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Manage a team of four employees within the CISO Office.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
