Qualifications

• Executive presence with C-suite or executive stakeholders in a global setting.
• Deep expertise in organisational design and workforce planning.
• Proven track record leading HR professionals toward strategic partnerships.

• Experience navigating multiple regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive coaching and advisory to C-suite and Directors.
• Translate business goals into scalable global workforce structures.
• Convert people analytics into strategic insights to mitigate risk.
• Map succession plans and design bespoke development tracks.
• Align global compensation, culture, and performance initiatives.
• Drive a high-performance culture and strategic HR partnership.
• Lead and upskill the HRBP team toward strategic ownership.
• Define workflows and serve as escalation point for complex employee relations.
