Qualifications

• Experienced in a senior Enterprise IT management role within a modern tech environment.
• Track record of managing managers and large, multi-country teams.
• Proactive, strategic communication with engineering leadership and business leaders.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and its impact on developer speed and tooling.
• Ability to present budgets and justify IT investments to CFOs.
• Experience negotiating hardware/software vendor contracts and distributing hardware to remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed IT team across eight countries and multiple time zones.
• Pivot IT roadmaps to prioritise developer efficiency and fast testing cycles.
• Oversee lifecycle management of hardware, software, and mobile devices for ~2,000 staff.
• Manage corporate networks and security protocols balancing security with flexibility for engineers.
• Ensure a high-quality Global Service Desk delivering concierge-level support.
• Elevate IT supplier management and consolidate vendors where possible.
