LeoVegas is seeking a senior analytics professional to own Nordic performance analytics and work with the Country Director to drive revenue across marketing, CRM, product and operations.

You will lead monthly/quarterly reviews, shape the market strategy, and present insights to the Executive Committee. The role collaborates with central BI, data engineering, and data science, using AI tools to accelerate analysis.

• Around seven years in commercial analytics or consulting at a strong digital business.
• Understand how marketing, CRM, product and operations connect and explain the whole picture of business performance.
• Frame unstructured problems and present clear recommendations to senior leaders, challenging them when evidence dictates.
• Strong SQL, Tableau, and GCP skills; daily use of AI tools to accelerate insights.
• Led analytics projects and guided other analysts without formal line management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this position you'll own performance analytics for Nordic market and help its Country Director grow the business. That covers every function: marketing, CRM, product and operations, and how together they drive revenue.

You'll work with the Country Director and their functional leaders every week. You'll run the monthly and quarterly business reviews and explain to the Executive Committee how the market has performed. You'll help shape the annual strategy, and you'll challenge the Country Director when the numbers point somewhere else. The Nordics is a priority for the Group, so your work will be seen. You' will be a part of the senior performance analytics team, and the role gives you plenty of room to grow.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Own the performance numbers for your market and explain what is driving results

• Turn analysis into clear recommendations for the Country Director and functional leaders

• Run the monthly and quarterly business reviews and present market performance to the Executive Committee

• Help shape the market's annual strategy and feed driver-level inputs into the forecast

• Take complex business questions from first framing to a clear recommendation

• Own the market's KPIs and dashboards, working with central BI, data engineering and data science

• Lead analytics projects with central data teams and guide other analysts in the team

• Use AI tools to work faster and bring structure to your analysis

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• You've worked around seven years in commercial analytics or consulting at a strong digital business. Fewer if you come from a top-tier strategy consultancy

• You understand how marketing, CRM, product and operations connect, and you can explain the whole picture of how a business performs

• You frame unstructured problems, find the answer and present it clearly to senior leaders. That includes challenging them when the evidence says so

• You write strong SQL, work confidently in Tableau and GCP or similar tools, and use AI tools in your daily work

• You've led analytics projects and guided other analysts, without needing line management to do it

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience in online gambling, sports betting or another regulated digital sector

• Python or R for analysis
