Job summary

Capgemini AB is seeking a HIL Engineer to work at the forefront of software testing for leading automotive partners. You will design, implement, optimize, and maintain HIL test environments, ensuring performance through verification and validation processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HIL or SIL test environment development.
• Strong hands-on experience with HIL tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and own system design.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain HIL test environments.
• Lead technical decisions and contribute to strategy development.
• Collaborate with teams to support customer interactions and requirements.

Skills

HIL tools experience (dSPACE, National Instruments, Vector)

Programming in Python, C++, C#, CAPL

Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, UDS)

CI/CD pipelines and version control

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues

Education

Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Software)
