Job summary

Stillfront is seeking a senior data privacy leader based in Stockholm to own the privacy program across its global studios. You will work with the Group General Counsel and external DPO, shaping strategy, policies, DPIAs and cross-border transfer governance.

You’ll also train privacy leads, oversee commercial agreements, and manage outside counsel when needed. You will navigate GDPR, AI regulation, and privacy risks, delivering pragmatic guidance to stakeholders worldwide and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in Swedish law firm and/or in-house data privacy
• Proven track record scaling a privacy function
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles, plus real commercial contract experience

Responsibilities

• Own GDPR and data protection work end-to-end across studios on three continents
• Manage DPIAs, RoPA, data processing agreements, cross-border transfers and incident response
• Collaborate with external DPO and train privacy leads in studios to enable local decision-making
• Advise on and negotiate commercial and studio agreements from draft to signature
• Instruct and manage outside counsel for disputes and complex matters
• Monitor GDPR/AI regulation developments and translate into practical guidance for stakeholders
