Job summary

Benifex Nordics in Gothenburg is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own end-to-end development across frontend and backend for employee experience products, mobile app, and platform UI.

You will design and maintain backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL while crafting frontend features in React, TypeScript, and Angular, aiming for reliability, performance, and scalable code in a complex production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and SQL: required to build and maintain backend services.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Angular: required to contribute frontend work.
• API design and integration: important for dependable interfaces between frontend and backend.
• Testing, CI/CD, and observability: needed for reliable changes in production-like environments.
• AI-assisted and agentic coding: practical experience using AI coding tools while maintaining judgement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across employee experience products.
• Build frontend functionality in React and TypeScript; support Angular-based apps.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data flows with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Integrate frontend experiences with reliable APIs and platform services.
• Refactor and manage technical debt to improve reliability and performance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decisions within the team.
