Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Europe is strengthening its European R&D finance function and seeks aSenior Financial Controller to join the Shared Service Centre in Mjölby. You will partner with senior leaders across R&D and Finance to drive planning, reporting, and performance governance for a complex international environment.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while building robust management information to support decisive actions.

Qualifications

University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Experience in business controlling, financial controlling, FP&A, or a comparable finance position.
Strong capabilities in financial planning, performance management, reporting, and business analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights to management.
Support decision-making through business cases, financial evaluations and ad hoc analyses.
Develop reporting, KPIs and management information to improve transparency and performance follow-up.
Ensure sound financial control of development costs, projects and investments.
Identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas and act on them.
Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders across European locations.
Contribute to continuous development of financial processes and tools.
