Job summary

Scania Nederland B.V. in Sweden is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Business Controller to support TRATON Research & Development with driving planning processes and ensuring financial targets are met.

You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, closing, analysis and KPI reporting, partnering with global management to design the future financial management model; a Master’s degree and 5+ years in controlling are required. English is essential; Swedish is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business controlling.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills; SAP is a strong advantage.
