TRATON Group R&D is seeking an experienced Business Controller to strengthen financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the EE Applications & EE Platform divisions. You will influence development costs, manage forecasting cycles, and provide clear analyses to senior management across global teams.

The role requires a master’s degree and at least five years in business controlling, with strong Excel, Power BI, and SAP skills, plus fluent English and Swedish language capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business controlling.
• Proven ability to drive business performance with a structured, analytical approach.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
