Syntrace is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Stockholm to own post-sale relationships, guiding onboarding, adoption and renewals while ensuring customers gain real value from our knowledge platform. You will collaborate with the commercial and product teams and bring customer insights back into the product.

You will join a founding team with a senior, experienced group and work directly with customers who shape what we build next.

Qualificações

• Several years in customer success or account management, ideally with enterprise customers.
• Experience with financial institutions is a strong plus.
• Clear communication and the judgment to prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer relationships after they sign: onboarding, adoption, renewals and ensuring customers derive real value from the product.
• Collaborate closely with commercial and product teams and feed customer feedback into the product roadmap.
