Job summary

Tibber is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in Stockholm to lead the Customer Experience domain. You will guide 8-15 engineers across subteams, collaborating with Product, Design, and Data to set multi-quarter direction and craft AI-powered, customer-centric experiences within Tibber's app and companion tools.

You will mentor engineers, maintain a healthy team culture, and ensure delivery with high quality and reliability while shaping how engineers work with agents and modern AI

Qualifications

• Led software engineering teams for 5+ years, with scale to ~10 engineers across subteams.
• Built and shipped consumer-facing software and mobile/app experiences.
• Led cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design and Data.
• Guided teams through AI/agentic product transitions and modern tech.
• Fostered inclusive, transparent cultures with strong engineering health.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Experience domain, setting multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Own team health, performance, and growth; coach Staff Engineer and Tech Leads.
• Ensure delivery quality and reliability across Tibber's app and customer companion.
• Define technical direction with Staff Engineer and connect to business outcomes.
• Represent the domain in company-wide engineering initiatives.
