Job summary

Europe Power Solutions AB is seeking a Senior Energy Consultant & Business Developer to drive growth in industrial decarbonization, renewable energy, thermal energy storage, and advanced energy system modelling.

The role combines high‑level engineering with commercial project development across Europe. You will lead techno‑economic studies, prepare funding applications, and develop commercial proposals while advancing CSP, PV, and hybrid PV‑CSP plants with storage.

Qualifications

MSc in Energy Engineering or equivalent.
Strong expertise in thermal energy storage and decarbonization.
Experience with CSP, PV, and hybrid PV‑CSP plants.
Experience with techno‑economic modelling and optimization of complex energy systems.
Ability to develop funding proposals and support project financing.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial energy efficiency, decarbonization, TES, and renewable heat.
Lead technical and commercial discussions with clients, utilities, EPCs, and researchers.
Perform techno‑economic assessments and investment analyses for energy projects.
Develop optimization models and Python tools for energy system analysis and dispatch optimization.
Prepare technical proposals, commercial offers and customer presentations.
Support Horizon Europe, LIFE, Innovation Fund and other funding schemes for decarbonization.
