Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted coding workflows.
• Strong communication skills in English (Swedish is a strong plus).

Assignment Description

The assignment involves working as a Senior Software Developer within a distributed, microservice-based platform. You will collaborate with senior engineers and technical leadership on backend development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.

Primary Focus Areas Include

• Backend and platform development in a distributed AWS + Kubernetes environment
• Designing and building scalable, performant, and secure services
• Taking ownership of architectural decisions and technical direction
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation workflows

The working language is English, and the team is primarily based in Stockholm, Sweden. Hybrid work is supported, with an expectation of being on-site regularly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with Elixir, Rust, or similar backend technologies
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
• Experience designing and building distributed systems
