Schneider Electric is seeking an Associate Principal Electrification Consultant to join the Electrification Advisory Team in Europe. You will support energy-intensive organizations in the Nordics, delivering strategic and technical advisory on electrification and energy infrastructure.

You will collaborate with customers, account managers, and global experts to develop solutions, build trusted relationships, and drive growth of the advisory business.

Formación

• Requires university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems, or related field.
• Experience in consulting, engineering, utilities, energy, or industrial environments is desirable.
• Professional English skills; a Nordic language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-end consulting and technical advisory services to customers on electrification, power systems, and energy infrastructure topics.
• Help customers identify the most suitable solutions to meet business, operational, and sustainability objectives.
• Develop and present recommendations, roadmaps, and advisory studies to technical and executive audiences.
• Drive business development activities by identifying opportunities and supporting growth of the advisory services portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with customers, strategic account managers, sales teams, and key internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global advisory experts and technical specialists to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Contribute to the continued development of Schneider Electric's Electrification Advisory practice across the Nordics.
