Job summary

Einride is seeking a data-driven consultant to join the Solution EMEA team in Stockholm or Gothenburg (open to Amsterdam/Berlin) to analyze transport demand and identify electrification opportunities. You will build long-term transformation roadmaps and design optimized electric transport solutions in collaboration with multiple teams, leveraging advanced analysis methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar.
• 1+ years’ experience post graduation in consulting, finance, or relevant experience in other quantitative role in a high growth start up
• Highly analytical and data driven, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with building and maintaining business case models is highly advantageous
• Experience with Python, R or similar data analysis tools
• Acquainted with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT/Codex and Gemini in daily work
• Full professional proficiency in English and German (Swedish a plus)
• Team player with strong conceptual thinking and self-starting attitude

Responsibilities

• Analyze transport data to identify electrification opportunities and develop roadmaps for Einride customers.
• Design and optimize electric transport solutions in cross-functional collaboration.
• Calculate business cases and develop presentations and reports that tell a compelling story.
• Provide insights by identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets.
• Support customer discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of the team’s processes and tooling
