Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an Associate Principal Electrification Consultant to join the Electrification Advisory Team in Europe. You will support energy-intensive customers across the Nordics, including data centers, heavy industry, and critical infrastructure, delivering strategic advisory on electrification and energy infrastructure.

You will develop solutions with customers, account managers, and global experts, build trusted relationships, and drive growth of the advisory business through

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of power systems, electrification, and energy infrastructure.
• Experience in consulting, engineering, utilities, energy, or industrial environments.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-end consulting and technical advisory on electrification, power systems, and energy infrastructure topics.
• Help customers identify the most suitable solutions to meet their business, operational, and sustainability objectives.
• Develop and present recommendations, roadmaps, and advisory studies to both technical and executive audiences.
• Drive business development activities by identifying opportunities and supporting the growth of our advisory services portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with customers, strategic account managers, sales teams, and key internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global advisory experts and technical specialists to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Contribute to the continued development of Schneider Electric's Electrification Advisory practice across the Nordics.
