Job summary

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) seeking a Senior Director Business Development - DIID to drive strategy and client retention across key accounts. This role supports dermatology, immunology, and inflammatory diseases with a home-based setup across Europe and beyond.

The position requires strong leadership, deep DIID network, and the ability to guide proposals, budgets, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record in clinical research or sales leadership.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs and lead proposal development.
• Prepare sponsor presentations and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and change orders; manage costs.
