Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Business Development Director to own and grow SRS sales across the Nordics. The role focuses on revenue across FSP and single-resource offerings, building sponsor relationships and setting regional strategy.

Ideal candidates have strong BD experience in CRO or clinical staffing, a Nordic network, and fluency in Swedish with English. Based in Stockholm, Lund, or Gothenburg, relocation is welcomed and supported.

Qualifications

Track record of business development success with pipeline and closing deals.
Established Nordic life sciences network across pharma, biotech, and medtech.
Senior BD/sales experience in CRO, FSP, or clinical staffing/resourcing.
Strong understanding of FSP and single-resource commercial models.
Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) and strong English.
Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm/Lund/Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

Own and grow SRS sales across the Nordics, FSP, single-resource placements, and hybrid models.
Pipeline generation and conversion from prospecting through to close.
Regional sales strategy, target-setting, and forecasting tied to revenue and margin.
Maintain executive-level relationships with sponsors across pharma, biotech, and medtech.
