Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of business development experience in Clinical Research Organizations, with focus on large-scale clinical programs.
• Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts within mid-size pharma.
• Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Aufgaben

• Achieve individual annual sales target across pharmaceutical clients and cross-sell IQVIA services.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Establish and execute comprehensive sales plans for target accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and network within the industry.
• Lead sales presentations and coordinate with contracts to develop proposals.
