Job summary

Realforce is seeking a Lead DevOps & Platform Engineer to own our cloud infrastructure, deployment platforms, and developer tooling. You will architect scalable systems and also code to empower product teams.

You will evolve our stack, introduce self-service capabilities, and drive automation, reliability, and security. This autonomous role shapes a global platform from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Own cloud infrastructure and platform strategy with hands-on implementation.
• Experience managing production cloud infra on AWS and containers in Kubernetes.
• Modern Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi or Terraform) and GitOps via Argo CD.
• Automated delivery pipelines and scripting for CI/CD (Jenkins/Argo).
• Observability stacks (ELK, Sentry, Prometheus/Grafana) and incident response.
• Production databases experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

• Drive Platform Strategy & Architecture for cloud infra, CI/CD, and developer experience.
• Build and scale AWS & Kubernetes infrastructure for high availability.
• Automate with IaC and GitOps workflows.
• Elevate developer experience with self-service platforms and CI/CD automation.
• Own observability, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
