Job description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with development teams to ensure platforms and environments fully support product and business needs. You will also play a key role in automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives, helping translate strategic guidelines into practical, production-ready solutions.

This role includes both long-term initiatives and continuous improvement work, where you are expected to proactively identify areas for improvement and drive them forward in line with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation and continuous development of cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, deployment, and operational processes
• Define, implement, and monitor automated processes for development, testing, release, and support
• Select, implement, and manage CI/CD tools based on business and technical needs
• Continuously improve deployment and operational workflowsTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
• Take end-to-end responsibility for delivered solutions, with a strong focus on quality, stability, and manageability

Experience & Background

• Mid- to senior-level profile
• 7-10 years of documented experience in relevant IT roles
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of IT operational processes
• AWS experience (required)
• Experience with serverless services in AWS (advantage)
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container technologies (e.g. Docker)
• Proven hands‑on experience with Terraform
• Linux-based environments (required)
• Very good scripting skills in Python and/or Shell
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (advantage)
• Basic database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL) (advantage)
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
• Relevant university degree in IT (advantage)
• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar are considered a plus
