Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Foundation Team Lead to guide the engineering foundations of a fast-growing technology business in Sweden. You will lead a team of senior engineers responsible for core platform systems, backend services, and platform infrastructure.

Working with Engineering Leadership and Product, you’ll define the technical strategy, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to deliver reliable, scalable software that supports business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tech Lead / Engineering Manager or similar.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
• Strong architecture and system design capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and a product mindset.

We're partnered with one of Europe's fastest-growing technology companies, seeking a Foundation Team Lead to lead the engineering team responsible for the core platform that powers the business.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing architecture, writing code, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the technical direction of a modern, product-led organisation.

The Role

You’ll lead a team of experienced engineers responsible for the company's core systems, including backend services, platform infrastructure, internal tooling, business-critical systems, and payment-related functionality.

Working closely with Engineering Leadership, Product, and senior stakeholders, you’ll help define technical strategy, guide architectural decisions, and ensure engineering investment delivers meaningful business outcomes.

This is not a role focused on micromanagement. The team is highly autonomous and requires a leader who can enable, mentor, and support engineers while remaining technically involved.
