Job summary

Nordomatic is seeking a Senior DevOps / Reliability Engineer to bridge development, operations and security. You will design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and release machinery behind our digital product.

With 5+ years in DevOps or SRE, you will lead CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments with Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud workloads on GCP/Azure, while enforcing Vault‑based secrets and observability across the stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or related engineering role.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / Azure).
• Master of infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with developers to improve build processes, deployments, and observability.
• Manage cloud environments (GCP & Azure) including networking, scaling, and cost optimization.
• Ensure security best practices across infrastructure, deployments, and secrets management (Vault).
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Support incident response and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
