Job summary

Adage is seeking an experienced Senior Data Management Expert to guide data governance, quality and metadata initiatives across client engagements. You will lead MDM projects, shape data management strategies, and implement robust capabilities that drive business value and regulatory adherence.

You will collaborate with Swedish clients in a fast-paced environment, mentoring consultants and contributing to proposals while advancing continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management with a focus on MDM.
• Proven track record leading complex data management projects delivering client value.
• Experience as a consultant, preferably with Swedish clients.
• Strong data governance, data quality, metadata management, and information modelling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
• Leadership experience including mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently on client assignments from assessment to execution.
• Business development skills including leveraging networks for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead master data management (MDM) projects with hands-on implementation support.
• Collaborate with clients to assess data management needs and tailor solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project delivery.
• Own client assignments from initial assessment through execution and follow-up.
• Mentor and lead other consultants, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Support business development via networks and proposal contributions.
• Drive internal knowledge sharing and continuously improve data management services.
