Job summary

Mölnlycke in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks a Master Data Management Solution Engineer to configure and enhance MDM using Profisee, with Snowflake and Azure. You will model master data domains, build golden records, and implement data quality rules and stewardship workflows.

The role requires 3–5+ years of MDM experience, solid data modeling skills, and Agile/DevOps experience. Hybrid work and global collaboration are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• MDM experience 3–5+ years with match/merge, survivorship, data quality and stewardship workflows.
• Profisee strongly preferred; experience with other MDM tools valuable.
• Strong data modeling: conceptual, logical, physical.
• Snowflake schemas, integration patterns, and data contracts familiarity.
• Experience in Agile environments and with DevOps (Git/Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance MDM solutions using Profisee with Snowflake and related platforms.
• Model master data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor).
• Build golden records, survivorship rules, hierarchies, metadata, and data quality controls.
• Translate policies into automated data quality rules, scorecards, and stewardship workflows.
• Specify and validate integration requirements and data contracts between MDM and downstream systems.
• Contribute to Agile delivery with Jira, including stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint commitments.
• Create documentation, rule catalogs, runbooks, and governance materials.
• Train and support business data stewards; provide demos and knowledge-sharing.
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure effective and timely support.
