Job summary

JMG Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a major data centre project. You will lead day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate with project management, engineering and stakeholders, and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee subcontractors and site teams, review progress against programmes, resolve issues promptly and ensure compliance with specifications, procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong coordination and site management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality.
• Right to work in Sweden

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Oversee subcontractors, contractors and site teams.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure construction milestones are achieved.
