Job summary

JM is seeking a construction site supervisor to plan, direct and coordinate personnel and subcontractors on the construction site. You will ensure safety and quality compliance while monitoring production in terms of cost, schedule and logistics.

You will use production schedules, cost estimates and company systems within JM’s unified project model, focus on problem solving, and contribute to continuous process development and safety on construction sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction production, preferably in residential new builds.
• Background in engineering or skilled trades.
• Leadership skills.
• Structured work approach.
• Clear communication.
• B-driver’s license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate personnel and subcontractors on the construction site.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on site.
• Monitor production in terms of cost, schedule and logistics.
• Utilize tools such as production schedules, cost estimates and company systems.
