Job summary

JAM is seeking a Senior CSA Project Manager to take ownership of all Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a major hyperscale data centre project in Gävle. This senior, site-based role demands programme, safety, quality and effective coordination leadership to deliver from pre-mobilisation through commissioning and demobilisation.

You will represent the Project Manager on site, overseeing planning, coordination and CSA delivery with strong commercial awareness and technical understanding.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing CSA packages on major construction projects.
• Senior Project Manager / CSA Project Manager / Construction Manager level experience.
• Strong leadership of large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Deep understanding of construction programmes, sequencing, quality and HSEQ.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with CSA delivery, programme alignment and coordination.
• Lead CSA teams and subcontractors across multiple workstreams on site.
• Coordinate with client representatives, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Chair meetings, maintain site records and manage variations with the Project Manager/QS.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely delivery of all CSA scope from start-up to handover.
• Drive risk, change control and close-out activities with discipline leads.
