Job summary

V7 Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced CSA Lead to oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural works for a major hyperscale data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. You will lead design through handover, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery while coordinating with client teams and consultants.

The role requires a degree in a related field and proven CSA leadership on large projects. Competitive overseas package and long-term career prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven CSA leadership experience in a main contracting environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and CSA coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and programme delivery.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with design, MEP and commissioning.
• Passionate about delivering projects safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural works from design through to project completion.
• Manage project budgets, costs, labour resources and overall CSA performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish and implement robust reporting, documentation, scheduling and project control systems.
• Coordinate closely with the client, design consultants and project management teams to ensure alignment on scope, quality and programme.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates on project progress, cost and key milestones.
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety across all CSA activities.
• Drive quality performance, ensuring all works meet project specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with MEP and commissioning teams to ensure effective coordination across all project interfaces.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme and commercial objectives.
• Lead, mentor and support CSA engineers and package managers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing project team.
