Job summary

Winthrop Technologies is currently recruiting a CSA Construction Manager in Sweden to join our expanding team managing CSA work packages on our data centre projects.

You will lead the CSA site team, coordinate civil, structural and architectural work, drive QA/QC, safety and schedule management, while interfacing with procurement, design and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years CSA construction site experience and delivery of CSA work packages.
• Ability to manage multiple work packages across civil, structural and architectural scopes.
• Strong scheduling and look-ahead forecasting capability.
• Proven leadership of internal construction teams and coordination with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CSA construction team to safeguard project execution and development.
• Coordinate civil, structural and architectural work packages and sub-contractors.
• Lead site safety with the Project Manager and Safety Team.
• Drive QA/QC, documentation, and progress reporting to management.
• Support commercial on scope changes and client variations.
• Maintain project schedule in collaboration with planning and sub-contractors.
• Chair weekly progress meetings and ensure proper filing of records.
• Interface with design, procurement and the commercial team to ensure alignment.
