Job summary

Cititec is supporting a major data centre project in Sweden, hiring a CSA Package Manager / Site Manager to own the civil, structural and architectural package on site.

Based on a fast-paced, multi-package programme, the role is site-based from August and requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and a solid civil/engineering background. You will coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safety and quality across CSA works.

Job description

I am currently supporting a major data centre construction project in Sweden, as they build out their delivery team ahead of an August start. They are looking to hire a CSA Package Manager / Site manager to take ownership of the civil, structural and architectural package across the site.

This is a strong opportunity to join one of the most active construction programmes in the Nordics right now, working across a large scale, fast paced build.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CSA package from a commercial, technical and programme perspective
• Act as main point of contact for CSA subcontractors on site
• Review progress against programme and resolve technical queries as they arise
• Coordinate with other trades and teams to manage interfaces across the project
• Monitor quality standards across CSA works
• Support procurement and management of CSA subcontractor packages
• Ensure works are delivered in line with safety and compliance standards
• Feed into programme reporting and progress tracking for the wider project team

Requirements

• Experience managing CSA or civils packages on large scale construction projects
• Data centre experience is a bonus but not essential, we welcome backgrounds from commercial, industrial or other large scale sectors
• Comfortable working on site in a fast paced, multi package programme
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant construction or engineering background
