Job summary

Volvo Financial Services is seeking a Senior Business Solution Analyst to bridge business and technology across global Retail & Wholesale operations. You will lead analysis, design, and delivery of critical solutions, translating finance and contract management needs into scalable technical outcomes.

You’ll partner with Digital Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and business leaders to drive initiatives from idea to deployment, with emphasis on stakeholder management and governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Business Solution Analyst, Solution Engineer, or Technical Lead in complex enterprise environments.
• Lead requirements engineering, business analysis, solution design, and international stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with senior leaders, technical experts, and external partners.
• Strong coordination and leadership across multiple teams, functions, and locations.
• Experience working in financial services processes and business financial systems.
• Ability to understand end-to-end business flows and translate them into effective solutions.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and delivery of business and technical solutions for Retail & Wholesale contract management and finance.
• Translate business and finance needs into scalable solutions, specs, and plans.
• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and decision forums to drive alignment.
• Identify process improvements and recommend value-driven solutions.
• Drive solution design across configurations, integrations, data models, and architectures.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate across levels.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, risk management, and dependencies.
• Support agile delivery, testing, release management, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, governance, and knowledge sharing.
