Job summary
AFRY invites a skilled Advisor / Senior Advisor to join the Advanced Automation team. The role focuses on developing and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions in energy, industry and digitalization with global collaboration and a Balance+ control philosophy.
Based in Finland or Sweden, you will work in a hybrid model, engaging with multicultural teams and leading technical development across time zones. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor of Science technology degree.
- 5+ years in energy and/or process industry with automation knowledge.
- Experience with APC and AI in energy/industrial processes.
- Understanding of power boilers, heat production and industrial processes.
- Track record of technical development.
- Global context experience with multicultural teams across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver automation solutions for energy and process industries.
- Engage in projects applying Balance+ control philosophy.
- Collaborate across teams in Finland and Sweden within a hybrid work setup.
