Job summary

KeyPlants Automation, a Swedish leader in process automation, seeks a Senior Automation Engineer to deliver complex automation solutions for production facilities. You will own concepts through commissioning, work with DCS/PLC/SCADA (Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, Emerson DeltaV), and lead technical efforts with multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale, international projects.

We value deep automation expertise, ownership, and the ability to travel for project deliveries across Sweden and beyond.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the automation field.
Strong experience with DCS, PLC, or SCADA platforms (Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, or Emerson DeltaV).
Experience delivering automation projects within process industries such as Life Science, pharmaceuticals, energy, chemicals, or other regulated environments.
Experience with GMP, GAMP, batch automation, or BMS/FMS systems within regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, program, configure, and commission automation solutions for process industries.
Take technical ownership of automation deliveries from concept to commissioning.
Work with DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems, primarily Siemens PCS7, ABB 800xA, and Emerson DeltaV.
Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, budgets, and resource requirements; ensure high-quality deliverables and documentation.
