Job summary

Communardo Group is expanding its Swedish Atlassian team and seeks an experienced Service Management Consultant who will design and implement Jira Service Management solutions across IT and business functions. You will work directly with customers to map current processes and translate requirements into scalable Atlassian outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Jira Service Management.
Experience designing and implementing service management solutions across IT and business functions.
Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders at different levels.
Ability to understand business needs before applying technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Understand current services and processes with customers and identify improvements.
Design and implement Jira Service Management solutions.
Expand JSM from ITSM to Enterprise Service Management across HR, Finance, Facilities, Legal, etc.
Lead workshops with process owners and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable Atlassian solutions.
Assist in Cloud transformations and migrations.
