Job summary

Laveer Engineering in Västerås is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to drive strategic and operational development of the unit. You will head a 45‑person team, with two production supervisors reporting to you, and you will work on-site at the Fuel factory in Västerås.

You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring safe, high‑quality production while managing plans, personnel and budgets; full professional proficiency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with Lean principles and methodologies.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead your organization, both short‑term and long‑term, to ensure production outcomes are achieved safely and with high quality.
• Ensure production plans are developed and executed.
• Responsible for personnel and budgets.
• Lead the unit's cross‑functional leadership team toward operational goals.
• Interact with customers and regulatory authorities.
