Job summary

Electrolux Professional Group in Ljungby is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily assembly operations, drive performance, and maintain a safe, engaging workplace. You will coordinate the daily work of production staff to meet efficiency, quality, safety, and cost targets.

The role requires a technical background and prior leadership experience in manufacturing, with strong communication in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

Technical background (education or equivalent experience).
Leadership experience in a similar role is advantageous.
Strong understanding of production, manufacturing and continuous improvement (Lean/WCM is a plus).
Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of production employees in daily operations.
Ensure production targets are met across efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
Follow up daily KPIs and drive improvements.
Prioritize and allocate resources based on production needs and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with work environment, safety, and environmental standards (incl. chemical handling).
Maintain proper documentation and deviation management.
Build a strong team culture through clear communication and feedback.
Collaborating to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
