Job summary

Wolt is seeking two Senior Analytics Engineers to join our Analytics Engineering teams (Consumer or Merchant domain). You will work across cross-functional teams to turn business needs into actionable data and insights, partnering with Data Scientists and product teams.

You’ll design and maintain data pipelines, models, and dashboards using Snowflake, Looker, Airflow, and DBT, enabling experiments and analyses. Hybrid/remote options available in Stockholm, Berlin, or Helsinki.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Analytics Engineer or BI Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with data integrations, data pipelines, data models, metric development, and dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to write optimized queries for large data sets.
• Strong business acumen and product-oriented thinking with significant analytics and reporting model experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and metrics quality from business needs to understandable actionable data.
• Work on centralized data integrations and pipelines powering the Data Warehouse, data models and dashboards.
• Design and implement complex data pipelines with dependency control, orchestration, and auto-materialisation logic.
• Develop a self-service data modelling strategy and partner with Analytics and stakeholders for implementation.
• Increase data literacy across the domain and provide hands-on training and documentation.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior team members.
