The role requires 6+ years in analytics and 2+ years in leadership, with expertise in statistical analysis and SQL. Hybrid/remote work options available across Europe including Stockholm and Berlin.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing, experimentation, and regression analysis.
• Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries for large datasets.
• Experience with data-driven, hypothesis-based problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of data scientists.
• Set the strategic direction for analytical work within the Courier and Logistics domain.
• Establish a data and experimentation culture with Product and operational stakeholders.
• Coach the team and conduct analytical deep dives to drive business strategy.
• Uncover foundational causal relationships to understand business drivers.
• Drive strategic decision-making within the Courier Group.
