Job summary

Wolt is seeking an Analytics Manager for the Courier and Logistics Analytics team. You will lead a team of data scientists, shape the analytical roadmap, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to guide measurement strategies and tactical decisions.

You will balance hands-on analytics with people management, driving data-driven decisions and enabling growth across the delivery platform in a fast-paced, global marketplace.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, experimentation, and regression analysis using Python, Matlab, R, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large data sets.
• Relentless pursuit of new ideas and data sources, and ability to tackle ambiguous problems with a data-driven, hypothesis-based approach.
