Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to dive into data, diagnose business challenges, and design experiments that influence decisions. You will work closely with product and business partners to move fast with rigor and to deliver measurable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll own data-driven initiatives from ideation to execution, building dashboards and insights that scale across the Core Experience and product funnels in a hybrid setting across Stockholm, Berlin, or Helsinki.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Experience with product funnels and user journeys.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience designing and analysing A/B tests.
• Experience using AI to accelerate work and generate SQL queries and experiment readouts.
• Experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that influence business decisions, utilizing tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Dive into data to diagnose business problems and identify solutions.
• Design experiments and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to drive action from analytics at the frontlines.
• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor key metrics.
