Job summary

Nepa is seeking a Senior Analyst in Sweden to lead analytical work across client projects, from design to interpretation, translating data into actionable insights for business decisions.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and other specialists, handling brand, campaign, segmentation and marketing analytics tasks, while ensuring methodological rigor and clear storytelling for clients.

Qualifications

• You have approximately 5+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with survey data, consumer data, brand data or marketing effectiveness data.
• Confident designing studies, analyzing complex datasets and translating findings into clear insights.
• Experience from brand tracking, campaign evaluation, segmentation, driver analysis, pricing, marketing mix modelling or similar areas is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Swedish or Danish, both in writing and speech.
• A university degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, social sciences or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality analysis across client projects.
• Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure methodologically sound analyses.
• Handle recurring and advanced analytics projects including brand and campaign studies, segmentations, driver analyses.
• Translate data into clear stories, insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure relevance to client questions.
• Maintain strong methodological rigor and data-driven decision-making.
