Nepa is a strategic marketing intelligence and optimisation platform. We’re seeking a Data Scientist to turn marketing data into decisions, building models and pipelines while collaborating with senior colleagues. You’ll present results to clients and help embed AI into our products, with growth supported by a close-knit team in Sweden.

Formación

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Around 1–3 years of hands-on data science and/or data engineering experience.
• Strong statistics and applied machine learning, solid Python, and good engineering habits.
• A builder's instinct - you spot where a method or process can be improved, and you make it happen.
• Comfort with ambiguity: you can choose a sound approach when there's no textbook answer.
• Clear communication - you can explain complex analysis to technical and non-technical people alike.
• You must have the legal right to work in Sweden. Visa sponsorship or relocation support is not provided.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience using AI tools or assistants to speed up your own delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and building statistical, machine learning and AI models, pipelines and analyses for client projects and our products.
• Translating client business questions into sharp, testable analytical problems.
• Using AI to automate recurring delivery steps like data preparation, quality checks and reporting.
• Helping embed AI and machine learning into our products—from Continuous MMM to Creative AI.
• Owning your workstreams end to end, from quality to timelines.
• Presenting your findings clearly to your team and, increasingly, directly to clients.
