Job summary

MultiMind Bemanning AB is seeking an experienced Senior Data/Information Manager to drive a transformation of traditional Data Management into AI-ready practices. The role focuses on governance, data quality, and enterprise modelling within a global automotive data initiative.

You will collaborate with business, IT, and AI teams to translate strategy into practical implementation and coach stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Data Management, Information Management, or Data Governance.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting or leading enterprise-level Data Management transformation.
• Strong expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Metadata Management, and Information Architecture.
• Experience with enterprise data modelling, semantic modelling, taxonomies, ontologies, or business glossaries.
• Understanding of AI-ready data requirements and data needs for advanced analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to translate strategies and frameworks into practical implementation.
• Language: Fluent English required; Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Data Management transformation.
• Develop and implement Data Governance frameworks, standards, and ways of working.
• Drive Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and Metadata Management.
• Develop and govern enterprise data models, information models, and business glossaries.
• Establish semantic models and context layers to support data reuse, analytics, and AI.
• Bridge the gap between strategic objectives and practical implementation.
• Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, data, and AI teams.
• Coach stakeholders and support organizational adoption of new practices.
