Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned professional to drive data and AI governance within a cross-functional setting in Sweden. The role focuses on implementing governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling responsible AI adoption across the organization.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT, and regulatory functions to translate governance needs into practical controls and processes, aligning with emerging technologies and enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data governance and AI governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data management, AI governance, and enterprise governance.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business and IT.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background in AI, solution architecture, or related discipline.
• Experience as an AI Solution Architect or similar role with AI platforms.
• Ability to evaluate new AI initiatives for feasibility, governance, and compliance.
• Experience translating EU AI Act and EU Data Act into governance programs.

• Strong knowledge of data management, AI governance, and enterprise governance best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and compliance or regulatory functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background in AI, solution architecture, or a related discipline.
• Experience as an AI Solution Architect or in a similar role, with knowledge of modern AI technologies, platforms, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Ability to evaluate new AI initiatives by assessing feasibility, governance requirements, compliance considerations, and implementation approaches.
• Practical experience implementing the EU AI Act and the EU Data Act, including translating regulatory requirements into governance frameworks, processes, controls, and organizational adoption efforts.
