Job summary

Tibber in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Ai Platform Engineer to help build the foundation for agentic systems across engineering. You’ll architect, implement, and operate the enabling platform that lets AI agents write, test, review, and deploy code safely.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience building and running reliable agentic software systems.
• Experience with evaluation pipelines for non-deterministic systems (LLM-based).
• Strong infrastructure knowledge across Kubernetes, Terraform, and IaC.
• Deep TypeScript expertise and end-to-end service ownership.
• Security-minded with least-privilege design and blast-radius awareness.
• Knowledge of MCP, evaluation frameworks, or AWS Bedrock is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Tibber’s agentic development platform, including orchestration layers and developer onboarding.
• Own key platform components from design to reliability and continuous improvement.
• Define workflows and ownership models for writing, testing, reviewing, and supporting code.
• Shape safe agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop boundaries.
• Build trust, observability, security, and reliability for production agentic systems.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers and Platform teams on AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud foundations.
• Communicate technical directions clearly and enable platform adoption across teams.
