About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Architect with proven experience in designing, building, and deploying production‑grade multi‑agent AI systems for enterprise clients. This is a delivery‑focused role where you will take solutions from concept to live production, working at the intersection of solution architecture, AI engineering, and business consulting.

You will engage with senior stakeholders (CIO/CTO level) while also collaborating closely with engineering teams, ensuring that agentic AI solutions are scalable, secure, and drive real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end multi‑agent AI platforms, including orchestration, knowledge systems, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls
• Lead production deployments on Azure AI Foundry and/or AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Build and implement RAG pipelines, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge solutions
• Integrate AI solutions with systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365
• Develop and review production‑quality Python code and AI/ML pipelines
• Apply machine learning techniques to solve business challenges
• Drive architecture reviews, set standards, and mentor engineering teams
• Engage with senior stakeholders, lead workshops, and translate business needs into AI solutions
• Support pre‑sales activities including proposals, RFPs, and solution design

About you

You are a highly experienced AI professional with a strong mix of technical depth and business understanding. You thrive in client‑facing environments and are comfortable working across both executive discussions and hands‑on delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience with a strong focus on AI/GenAI solution architecture
• Proven track record of delivering agentic AI solutions in production environments
• Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi‑agent systems
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain)
• Experience with Azure AI or AWS (SageMaker / Bedrock)
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms such as SAP or ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical teams
• Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
