Job summary

Profile Software is seeking a Senior AI Agentic Engineer to shape the product vision for Profile One and lead the technical architecture of our AI projects. The role is hybrid, combining product thinking with hands-on system building.

You will own the agentic platform architecture, define evaluation layers, ensure production readiness, and work cross-functionally with operations, product, and AWS infra teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, including production systems on AI/LLM platforms.
• 3+ years building production AI/agentic systems (not just prototyping).
• Strong banking/wealth management domain knowledge and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the agentic platform and its integration patterns.
• Lead the agentic engineering team with mentoring and code reviews.
• Drive use-case delivery from client demand to deployed agents and ensure production readiness.
